The MLM Help Desk ends its activity!

The new Help desk service activated by Enel in August 2021 with the objective of offering technical and functional assistance to all suppliers using the MLM (Material Lifecycle Management) platform, will end its activity from 04 July 2023. The service will no longer be offered from this date in all countries globally (Spain, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Brazil, Italy and Romania).

In addition, the mailbox (info.mlm@enel.com) created specifically for receiving assistance and the telephone numbers made available at the following link on the WeBuy portal will be eliminated:
