Enel: renovation of entire property complex

ENEL intends to renovate its premises in Italy, Rome, at Viale Regina Margherita 125/137. The property comprises seven inter-connected buildings and occupies a total area of approximately 70,000 square meters.

The project should be implemented by means of an EPCO&M contract (engineering, procurement, construction, operation & maintenance). Moreover, the contractor will be required to develop the design project (executive / construction / as-built), construction, finishing and possible property management through a Global Service approach (for details, please read the RFI - Request for Information).
