We are pleased to inform you that, to improve the collaboration with its suppliers, Enel has simplified the process of managing the supplier documentation.
Without prejudice to the local applicable legislation, to optimize the documentary requests aimed at verifying the legal and integrity supplier requirements in the qualification and subsequent procurement phases, we have adopted a simplified process that allows the use, also in different stages, of documents already available and still valid. Therefore new requests (to suppliers or to the public administration) will be made only if the documents are expired or not yet acquired.
In addition, in name of a more fluid relationship based on trust, the self-declarations required to the suppliers have been reduced and optimized. On our side, we require that the suppliers ensure the updating of their information.
