New WeBUY Virtual Assistant

Taking advantage of the digital technologies offered by the market and to be closer to you, Enel has developed a virtual assistant to support and assist you by responding in real time to your needs related to the different Enel processes. The virtual assistant, which is based on an artificial intelligence tool, will guide you with immediate answers about the registration, qualification, bidding and master data administration processes. The virtual assistant has been active since April 11, so you can now use it.

This project represents an important additional step that changes the way we work and relate to you from an open power perspective, open to news, attention and what the digital transformation of this century can offer us.
